Nutrition Coach, and more!

I’m Kirsten Redding

From body image struggles to postpartum challenges, I’ve been there. Now, I empower women with balanced nutrition and movement to feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies.

My Coaching Journey

While playing collegiate volleyball, I had a coach who repeatedly mocked me for being slender, and his advice to me was “just get fat.”

* What I wish I’d known back then was how to eat balanced in a calorie surplus *and* use
resistance training to build muscle mass—not to change my body for others, but to be stronger for myself.

* After my second baby, I felt sluggish, bloated, and stuck with lingering pregnancy weight. My providers brushed me off as “just postpartum” until a series of early miscarriages led to a Hashimoto’s/hypothyroid diagnosis.

*I wish I’d known that an untreated metabolic disorder made me feel like a prisoner in my own body—it wasn’t my body betraying me, it was my body crying out for help.

*I fell deep into diet culture and embraced the Whole30 way of eating, but soon found myself with low energy, struggling to keep up with the workouts I loved.

* I wish I’d understood my body’s total energy needs and a macro balance that fueled both my workouts and my life.

At one point or another, I might have been where you are now. That’s why I became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach—to bring clarity to movement and nutrition in a way I desperately needed, from being an 18-year-old girl who was ridiculed for her body to a 40-year-old woman preparing for the peri/menopause transition.

If this resonates with you, I’m so glad you’re here!
